Private for your stay
Fully fenced, surrounded by trees. No sight lines from neighbours, and no sharing with other guests.
Seats 6
Big enough for the whole group, comfortable enough for two.
Heated year-round
The water is always at temperature when you arrive. No setup, no scheduling – just get in.
Works every season
After a February ski day or a July trail run, it earns its place either way.
TV with Netflix included
Fire TV Stick with Netflix account ready to go. Good screen, easy remote – nothing to configure.
Dining table for 6
Seats the whole group for a proper meal. Big enough to spread out, central enough to feel like the heart of the room.
Amazon Echo + Music included
Ask it to play anything. Amazon Music is included – no subscription needed, no login required.
Climate control (HVAC)
Heating and cooling throughout the room. Comfortable year-round regardless of what it’s doing outside.
Fully equipped
Plates, glasses, utensils, pots, and pans – everything for a real meal. Nothing missing, nothing to pick up on arrival.
Coffee corner
Brewer, electric grinder, manual grinder, and kettle. Coffee beans, sugar, and tea bags are provided. Set it up however you take it.
Appliances
Fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and toaster. A proper kitchen, not a hotel kitchenette.
The extras
Fondue set for a proper group meal around the table. Basic seasonings on hand so you’re not hunting for salt at 7 PM.
Queen bed
A proper queen with room to breathe – not squeezed into a corner. Comfortable enough to actually sleep well after a full day outside.
Main floor location
On the ground level – no stairs in the night, easy access for everyone. Also the most accessible room in the house.
Electric fireplace
Falls asleep to a fire, wakes up to one too. Adds warmth and light without the mess.
Two night stands with lamps
One on each side. Small detail, but it matters when you actually want to read before bed.
Full bathroom access
The master has direct access to the full bathroom.
Bath and shower
A full tub and a separate shower – both in the same room. Works for a long soak after the spa or a quick rinse before heading out.
Oneka toiletries
Shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner from Oneka – a Quebec-made natural line. Provided and restocked between stays.
Hair dryer
On hand – no need to pack one.
Medical kit
Basic first aid on site. Covers the small things so you don’t need to drive into the village for a bandage.
Towels
Clean towels provided for every guest. No need to bring your own.
Queen bed
A comfortable queen – same as the master, just downstairs. Quieter than the main floor, which some guests prefer.
Desk with chair and lamp
A proper workspace if anyone needs it. Good for a remote work morning before the day starts.
Basement location
Private and quiet – and warmer than you’d expect. Radiant floor heating keeps the room comfortable even in February.
Night stand with lamp
One on the bedside. Easy reach without getting up.
Queen bed
A comfortable queen, same as the other rooms.
Bigger window
More natural light than the other bedrooms, with a direct view into the trees. A good room to wake up slowly in.
Radiant floor heating
Warm underfoot from the first step in the morning. Same system as Bedroom 2 – the floor does the work.
Tree views
Quiet, green, and private. What you see from the window changes with the season – worth a look in October.
Bath and shower
A full tub and a shower – shared between Bedrooms 2 and 3. Same setup as the master: works for a long soak or a quick rinse.
Washer and dryer
In-unit laundry. Useful on longer stays – no need to pack for every day or hunt for a laundromat in the village.
Oneka toiletries
Shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner from Oneka – same Quebec-made natural line as the master bathroom. Provided and restocked between stays.
The hallway
A big live Monstera by the window. More light than you’d expect from a basement – and something actually worth looking at.
Balcony dining table
A full dining table with an umbrella overhead – big enough for the whole group. Breakfast outside, dinner outside, coffee at any hour.
3-burner gas BBQ
A proper grill, not a travel-size afterthought. Three burners means real heat and room to cook for six without juggling.
Outdoor fireplace
Wood on site from an old tree felled on the property – nothing to source or buy. The fireplace sits a few steps from the spa, so the two work together.
Private spa
Between the balcony and the fireplace – at the center of the outdoor space. Heated year-round, private for your stay, always ready when you arrive.
Automatic outdoor lighting
Lights come on at sunset and off at 11 PM. The property looks after itself – no switches to find in the dark.
A backyard worth sitting in
Green, quiet, and backing onto a miniature forest. Deer come through regularly. Birds are constant. It’s the kind of yard where you end up staying longer than planned.
Parking for 3 cars
Three spots on site – no street parking allowed, no logistics on arrival.
Bike rack for 5 bikes
A full rack on the front porch – enough for the whole group. Secure, covered, so bikes stay dry regardless of the weather.
